Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

UDC Studio (operating under UDC Interior & Architecture) is an architectural, interior, landscape, and turnkey engineering atelier based in Dhaka, Bangladesh (Est. 2012). We respect your personal privacy as fiercely as we respect structural precision. We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize client records under any circumstances.

• Consultation & Booking Details: Your name, email address, direct phone/WhatsApp number, project location (e.g. Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Uttara), and approximate square footage.
• Architectural Floorplans & Media: Structural drawings, CAD files, property photographs, or moodboards shared with us for bespoke project quotation.
• Career Candidates: CV links (Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, LinkedIn) submitted through our career portal.
• Newsletter Subscribers: Email addresses provided voluntarily to receive design journals, trend forecasts, and studio showcases.

We frequently design private residences for diplomats, business leaders, and public personalities across Bangladesh. Your architectural drawings, internal security zoning, and bespoke safe-room layouts are held under strict non-disclosure (NDA). Our 3D renders and photography of completed residences are only published online with prior explicit written authorization from the homeowner.

Our website utilizes privacy-friendly telemetry to count page impressions and anonymous aggregated geographic visits (country/city via Cloudflare secure network). We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site tracking cookies or advertising pixels. All session heartbeats expire automatically within 2 minutes.

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may at any time request an export of your inquiry history, modify your contact preference, or instruct our atelier to permanently purge your drawings and personal information from our active databases.
